Viviene L Valdez, DDS – Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, is a native of Sydney, Australia where she attended University of Sydney to study medical science. Wishing to continue her studies, Dr. Valdez moved to the United States and completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at the Ohio State University. She then attended New York University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Valdez went on to complete her general dentistry and pediatric dentistry residency at St.Barnabas Hospital, Bronx NY Resident Dentistry-General.

Dr. Valdez is a clinical faculty member at the University of Pacific, San Francisco, Pediatric Dentistry. She also has been a Board Certified Pediatric Dentistry since 2011. She currently volunteers as a Committee Member for the certification and renewal process with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Valdez is dedicated to her profession and passionate about working with kids. In her spare time, Dr. Valdez enjoys spending time with family, biking, hiking, or going to new places. She also is passionate about serving the community and volunteers at dental health fairs.
