Dr. Viviene Valdez, DDS
Pediatric Dentist, Head of Clinical Pediatric Dentistry
Dr Viviene Valdez, DDS – Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, is a native of Sydney, Australia, where she attended the University of Sydney to study medical science. Wishing to continue her studies, Dr. Valdez moved to the United States and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the Ohio State University. She then attended New York University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Valdez went on to complete her general dentistry and pediatric dentistry residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, NY, Resident Dentistry-General.
Dr. Valdez is a clinical faculty member at the University of Pacific, San Francisco, Pediatric Dentistry. She has also been a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist since 2011. She currently volunteers as a Committee Member for the certification and renewal process with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and California Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Valdez is dedicated to her profession and passionate about working with kids. In her spare time, Dr. Valdez enjoys spending time with family, biking, hiking, or going to new places. She is also passionate about serving the community and volunteers at dental health fairs.
